Terms & Conditions
- Prescribed Application Form will be available at the Registered office of the Company, Booking of a Plot of Land will be made on receiving a duly filled in prescribed Application. Form along with minimum 25% (twenty five percent) of price of the plat, Booking af plot shall be made on the first come first serve basis & subject to availability of plots.
- Purchaser shall issue Cheques/Drafts for land cost in favour of OXYGREEN FARMS & SUDHAGAD INDUSTRIAL PLANTATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED Payable at Mumbal. Payment against Cheque will be confirmed subject to realization. In case of payment by Draft, the charges shall be borne by the company.
- An Application for refund after deducting 25% (Twenty five Percent) on the deposited amount, as service charges within one month from the date of application without any interest, or applicant can refunded full amount of deposited if applicant replace the new member.
- Purchaser will be charged for Stamp Duty. Registration & Processing fee at cost. The amount may be increased or reduced depending on increment or reduction of Stamp Duty & Registration fee by the Government of Maharashtra.
- The possession of a plot shall be handed over instead of that there after one month on the receipt of 100% of the total consideration.
- Are Required Registration of Deed of conveyance will be executed withing 1 (One month) from the date of payment of last Payment “The plot of land shall be handed over immediately after registration of Deed of conveyance.
- Necessary papers will be handed on completion of registration of Deed of Conveyance.
- Inspection of any document relating to plots of land will be available at Registered office of the Company during office hours.
- The purchaser will have the option to assign his/her right to his/her successor or to his/her nominated person for the plot of land.
- The Company reserve the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion without Assigning any reason whatsoever.
- In the form any dispute between the Company & Purchaser, the dispute shall be referred to arbitrators, who will adjudicate the dispute in accordance with provision of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. All matters will be settled within jurisdiction of Pali Court
- One can transfer this booking to any third Party by paying nominal charges to the company. 16) Service tax and Vat if Applicable
